Cancellation Policy
1. Flight Cancellations

Flight cancellations are subject to the specific airline's fare rules. Some tickets may be non-refundable or only partially refundable as travel vouchers.

  • Standard processing fee: $25 per passenger.
  • Requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before departure.
  • No-shows are generally 100% non-refundable.
2. Hotel Cancellations

Hotel policies vary by property and booking rate (Non-refundable vs. Flexible).

  • Flexible rates: Free cancellation up to 48-72 hours before check-in.
  • Non-refundable rates: Cancellation results in 100% loss of booking value.
  • iTravelsHub service fee: $10 per booking for hotel changes.

Once a refund is approved by the provider (airline/hotel), it will be processed back to your agency wallet or original payment method.
